Handling Regulatory Inquiries
- MySnS responds in a timely manner to all regulatory inquires
- MySnS will setup up an FTP folder or Email Address specific to each client for regulatory delivery, response and reporting needs.
- Customer info is available for inquires, such as:
- First and last name
- Address
- Email Address
- Birth Date
- Mother’s maiden name
- IP address
- Date and time of purchase
- Every BTN requiring regulatory action is LIDB scrubbed to validate LOA info
- Every regulatory action is tracked by LEC, OCN, State, regulatory agency etc.
- LCH and LEC dilution requirements are continuously monitored and vtracked
- IGT, BSG, ILD and TC sites are poled continuously to respond early to all inquires.
- We monitor all LCH and LEC thresholds for regulatory and inquiry, we are able to notify our clients real-time if they need to make adjustments to one or more of their marketing campaigns.
- We can move billing between LCH’s depending on regulatory stratus.
